In-Store Purchases & Special Orders

Books and other items are sold in our shop. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed by our point-of-sale provider, Square. Special order availability and timing depend on our distributors, and we will contact you if there are any issues with a request.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased online are sold through Square's hosted gift card page and are subject to Square's terms in addition to these Terms. Gift cards can be redeemed in our shop.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange practices may vary by item and condition. Any return, exchange, or refund policies posted in the shop are incorporated into these Terms by reference. For questions, please ask us in the shop or contact us.

Events

Event dates, times, and details may change or be cancelled. Children attending story time or other events should be accompanied and supervised by a parent or caregiver.
